They are both quite fast and will print basically the same on all of the described printers, and will provide virtually-WYSIWYG screen. The cost is arguably nominal at approx. $60 from the likes of CompUSA. Facelift has received many good reviews as has ATM, but there are a lot of free/shareware fonts out there (cica.indiana.edu) for ATM. As far as I know there is nothing like that for Facelift.
