Sorry for bringing up such a recently discussed topic, but our site has lost
the articles which contain the answer, and I can no longer remember things for
more than 5 minutes.  There is a new book out for Windows programmers which was
recently reviewed here.  Could someone mail me the name of the author of this
work?
