	Hi, does anybody have any references or source code that will
show me how to implement custom buttons, like hDC apps, or WRT.  Also
I would like to use edit boxes in the main window, Petzold says I should
use subclassing to do this.  Is there any other text that goes into thes
two things in detail.  Also information on using Combo Boxes would be nice
also.
