Keywords: textsw textsw_insert Message-ID: <1037@hcsrnd.UUCP> Date: 5 Jun 91 12:56:21 GMT Article-I.D.: hcsrnd.1037 Distribution: comp Lines: 26 Using a textsw I've encountered some strange behaviour using the textsw_insert() function. The textsw_insert() writes a buffer to the textsw several times in a for-loop. Allthough the textsw_insert() gives as return value the correct number of characters, but not one single character appears in the textsw, until a few textsw_inserts have been performed. It looks like the output to the textsw is buffered some way, but I could not find any pointer to this in volume 7 of O'Reilly. Does someone have an idea why this is happening and/or what to do about it (some kind of flushing?...).
