	I am using several TEXT_PANEL items in a program and I would like
these text panel items to automatically grab the full keyboard focus whenever
the cursor moves into the base frame.  I tried setting the keyboard focus
to the PANEL that contains the TEXT_PANEL items when entering the base 
frame but it will not work.

	Has anybody ever came up on this problem before?
