I'd like to get the Xtm aka Client Exerciser tool for testing X client.  This is
available via ftp from export.lcs.mit.edu but, unfortunately, only as a piece of
a 36MB compressed tar file.  Lackaday, I don't have that much free disk space! 

Can anyone suggest how I can get everything needed to build just Xtm in a more
convenient morsel?
