Does anyone out there know anything about a package from CrossWind 
Technologies called 'Synchronize'?   It's a scheduling and time
management tool that keeps each users' calendar in a database and then
compares them to determine when you can schedule meetings, etc.

Also, if anyone knows anything about a public-domain program that does
something similar, I'd like to hear about that.
