Sorry I couldn't find the manual. It is called TNT (all caps this time around...:-) for The NeWS Toolkit. It's an objected-oriented, dynamically extensible OPENLOOK toolkit implemented totally in NeWS. The QNX people also have an OPENLOOK toolkit for their OS.
