I can't seem to find a group devoted to xview or open-windows, so I
guess this is the place...

I'm running OpenWindows, version 2, on a Sun SLC. The OS is Unix 4.2,
release 3.5.

Can anyone tell me how to install a menu-item in the root menu that
will cause open-windows to change working directories? Many of the
utility programs inherit a working-directory from the root. The only
way I've found to change it is to exit from OpenWindows and restart it,
which takes minutes. There should be a better way.
