We'll assume that the B-news is 2.11 patchlevel 19. If not, then you need to get that. Now, if you are getting article refused, you nntp_access file may not allow your site to post. Check to be sure that you have allowed posting for your site in the nntp_access file. If you are using both network address numbers and site names in your nntp_access file, that may be the source of the problems. Such usage is known to cause non-obvious problems.
