Can anyone offer any suggestions on Gun Safety Classes in the Baltimore, MD
Area?  I was just informed that in order to obtain an out-of-state liscense
for the state of West Virginia, I will need a certificate from a gun safety
course.  Apparently, this has just been enacted as I have never needed one
before.  Any information or suggestions would greatly be appreciated!
