If there gets to be some much of it that it interupts the "real" business of rec.guns (whatever that is :-) then we can split the groups. However starting a new group is generally a bad idea until there is a body of traffic for it - otherwise the same people who don't post in rec.guns will not post in the new group. I'd love to read more about bullseye and other types of target shooting. Perhaps someone could start out by explaining scoring, and how the "plugs" are used, and why. (Personally I think that all target shooting should be done with wadcutters because it would make scoring easier. :-) --henry schaffer n c state univ [MODERATOR: I'd like to jump in to the discussion by concurring with Henry's observations above. I don't think we yet have the traffic to warrant a separate group -- moreover, I think that *most* of the reloading/sighting/equipment issues are relevent across types of shooting, so postings here should benefit all. I hope that lack of a `special' group has not inhibited people from posting here in rec.guns, in fact I'd like to take this opportunity to invite more discussion on target activities as a way to get us all knit together a little more closely. ``Surely we must hang together else we shall hang separately....'']
