Haken (author of _Synergetics_, etc). What do you think of their ideas, particularly their practical relevance on the rest of chemistry, physics, biology, and engineering? Specifically, do you have any comments on Prigogine's _Exploring Complexity_ (written with G. Nicolis) and _From Being to Becoming_ and Haken's _Synergetics_ and _Advanced Synergetics_? Looking forward to your response. Raymond Yee (ryee@ocf.berkeley.edu)
