These are Panasonic bucket brigade chips - the 3101 is a clock driver 1 : vcc (one volt less than BBD voltage) +6 ...+17volts 2 : clock out # 1 3 : gnd 4 : clock out # 2 (phase shifted from # 1) 5 : timing cap one end (typ 220 pf) 6 : timing resistor (typ 56 k) 7 : timing resistor (typ 47 k) 8 : Vgg output (to bbd chip) the other end of the two R's and the C tie together ang go nowhere else. The 3007 is a 1024 sample 15 volt low noise bbd chip , sorry , dont have the pinouts - try panasonic america.
