One is the Eukaryotic Promoter Database (EPD) and the other is the the Transcription Factor Database (TFD). You can get info on these by mailing the following to the server at EMBL: Address: netserve@embl.bitnet content of mail message: DIR TFD DIR EPD HELP TFD HELP EPD The EMBL server will then mail you files on how to get and use the files.
