Hello fellow netters,

I am working on a potential DNA binding protein from an restriction
modification system.  It resembles lambda cI's DNA binding portion.  I want
to purify this small protein (9.4kd).

The question is that since there is no in vivo functional assay for this, I
wonder whether immunoassay could substitute at this moment.  Based on the
similarity on the primary sequence, POLYCLONAL antibody to cI would be the one
to try.  Could anyone provide me with specific informations on the availability
and sources of the antibodies?
