I would definitely look at PD Prolog. ETH has a Modula-2 version. It is a few kb
in size. You will need to add a permanent storage facility, so that you
will not need to consult a DB at each call.  Else I would look at the
current state of the art of commercial prologs. LPA-Prolog would be the
first I would look at.  Ask Norbert Fuchs for details.
