Either for Unix or MSdos or | both would be great. Thanks. I just found a program which produces *gobs* of output about a GIF, and I added a -q option to reduce that torrent to a managable flow. I use it to determine if a GIF is likely to be good... about 98% of GIFs which don't get warnings are truely okay.
