Hi

I am searching for programs which will encrypt and decrypt text files
for me.  I'm thinking about taking a look at the one that ocmes with
PCTools, but at this point I doubt that I would want to buy the whole
thing just for the en/decryption.

I have looked through wuarchive and not found anything (or at least
not seen anything).

Any help would be appreciated.  Please reply by email.
