Message-ID: <1991Jun12.000341.13715@garfield.cs.mun.ca> Date: 12 Jun 91 00:03:41 GMT Organization: CS Dept., Memorial University of Newfoundland Lines: 13 I don't know if this is really the right place for this, but what the Hell! I recently got some stuff via ftp, specifically, some Amiga MOD files. Now, these files were LZH'ed, and contained all manner of wierd, non-DOS filenames. The files themselves are fine (the ones I *can* unpack work well), but I can't unpack them, due to these illegal names. I tried directly editing the header with Norton (to make the filenames DOS-legal), but that just resulted in some messy errors. Anybody else had this problem? Anybody have a solution? -- |D.
