I looked at a few of these programs and was most pleased with CATDISK.  It is
reasonably fast, easy to use, and will optionally show the contents of an
archive.  It knows about ARC, ZIP, ZOO, PAK, and LZH files, as I recall.  It
also allows you to comment each file in the catalogue.
