- THE GOOD NEWS -
I have talked with Fox Software and they have confirmed that they are going
to come out with a FoxPro compiler for Unix/Xenix that would produce a
binary image.

- THE BAD NEWS -
They will be STARTING the project in this fall.  This means it will be far
in the future before the product will be released to the market. I guess
Fox just does not make as much money off of the Unix market as opposed to
the DOS market ;-).

- THE BEST NEWS -
What you really need to do is talk with the folks at DeskTop Ai. He has
a product called x2c (pronounced like ecstasy) that translates X-Base
source code into ANSI-C.  The c source can then be run on any platform
