ZZZZZZZ.... i have a hayes 2400 smartmodem, am connecting to 2400 baud lines when i dial in, but CANT get anything but : CONNECT 1200. im using a simple vt240 and have tried every permutation on its settings but to no avail. is there some way to tell my hayes to use 2400 so that the little red light under HS (high speed) comes on and my eyes dont fall asleep with the 1200 ? -greg cumber cumber@leland.stanford.edu ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ..........
