Hello all,

	I'm looking for references on C++ courses.  Specifically we'd
like to do an one week on-site course in Cambridge MA using our
equipment and g++.  Any experiences or suggestions would be gratefully
accepted. I'm also open to solicitations from vendors.  I'll post a
summary if there is enough feedback to justify it.
