"NIHCL" is the NIH Class Library, a library of C++ classes modeled after
the basic Smalltalk-80 classes.

There is now only one version of NIHCL on alw.nih.gov.  That is version 3.0,
in the file nihcl-3.0.tar.Z.  nihcl.tar.Z is a link to the most recent version;
i.e., nihcl-3.0.tar.Z.

The other file of interest is nihcl-info-3.10.tar.Z, which is a pre-release
of the online reference manual for the next release, version 3.10.

Don't ask me when version 3.10 will be released--I don't know.
