Somebody recently posted the names of the anonymous ftp sites where one can
procure TC/BC bug lists and patches.  Alas, those messages have expired from
my system.  Could some kind soul please forward them to me?  Also the address
where I can get get on the BC buglist mailing list.  Thanks.
