They respond a lot better/faster if one has the problem somewhat pinned down and a way to reproduce it identified (as would any Tech Support). In several cases, they have sent me patches via US Mail because I am not a Compuserve subscriber. They do a good but not perfect job at it (support via Internet e-mail would be a big step towards perfect) and are better than many of their competitors.
