    You probably guessed from the keywords: I get to pg.4 of
Stroustrup's book and there's this tantalizing reference to another
interpretation of "C++" in the appendix of '1984'.  We don't have a
copy handy; what's the interpretation?  Sorry if this's an FAQ; I just
started with this language (and reading this newsgroup) yesterday.
