Re. Boyd Hays' list of questions:

4) I understand GRAY.4TH is a parser somewhat akin to Yacc.  I have a copy,
but haven't looked at it yet.  You might ask Mitch Bradley
(Mitch.Bradley@Eng.Sun.com) for more info.  Also, I've done a few really
simplistic parsers, one of which was published recently in the sigForth
newsletter (vol.2 no.2).

5) Seems like a good list.  I also think highly of Brodie's "Thinking
Forth"...if you can find a copy (it's out of print).
