I think I saw on one of the DECUS distribution tapes a Fortran to C
source code converter, or at least a reference to such an animal.
Any information on a Public Domain version of such software would
be appreciated.  We need the software for porting potential Ingres
programs to a C environment.  Also, any evaluation of how well the
software worked with regard to the task would be helpful.
