I am trying to assemble and compile the version of PCScheme obtained
by ftp from altdorf.ai.mit.edu.  I have been able to find the Lattice
C compiler, Version 3, but cannot find the Microsoft Assembler,
Version 4.  I even called Microsoft to see if they could supply it and
they were unable to locate a copy for me.  Does anyone have any
suggestions as to how I can get Version 4?
