I am from Australia and I'm looking for a book by the title
of "Synchroniztion in Digital Communications -- Volume 2"
Authors Meyr & Ascheid, Publisher John Wiley and Sons.

Volume 1 has been released here, but as far as I can ascertain
volume 2 is unpublished in this country.

Does anyone know if it is available elsewhere in the world?
If so ... has anyone read it?
