Hi--

The MH 6.7 docs seem fairly complete, but there are some holes AND
numerous references to "The RAND MH Message Handling System: User's
Manual" by Marshall Rose and John Romine.

As I don't have easy access to suite CS408 (assumed to be at UCI), is 
this manual somewhere on the net preferably at a UUCP archive site?
Postscript is definitely preferred. (You wouldn't want to torture me
into building TeX 3.0 only to find an obsure macro package missing? :)
