I am trying to install mh-6.7 patchlevel 0 on a network of suns
(running SunOS 4.1) but have run into trouble due to the fact that all
our mail goes through a DECnet gateway. Because of this, address are
of a strange format
cbs%relay::
::@hermes
for example
cbs%relay::ics.uci.edu::mh-users@hermes
and post objects to this. I thought it was ap but replacing this with
a version that allowed any address to go through cured nothing. For example
What now? send
post: bad address ':ics.uci.edu::mh-users@hermes' - illegal address
construct (:), continuing...
post: no addressees
send: message not delivered to anyone
What now?
The configuration file is
