If you're talking about the Dialcom commercial mail service owned by British
Telecom, I don't believe there are any generic gateways.  I've had discussions
with their government sales people, who all agree that they're losing out to
the other commercial services run by AT&T, Sprint, and MCI, but the corporate
interest is lacking.
