I believe they already have multiple machines at Falls Church; trying to operate multiple sites across the country would cost lots more than the link charges do now. I've ask about what it would take to get a POP here, but haven't received a reply yet. They're probably trying to figure out just what kind of a nut I am.... :-) You might schedule your connections during low-traffic periods; the postmaster there might be able to recommend some times.
