We have just purchased a couple of Sun Sparcstations, and are looking
for recommendations for a UPS. Anything you can send is appreciated.

We are particularly interested in any way of getting the UPS to initiate
a system shutdown if the power goes away.  (ie exit gracefully)

If you have heard of anything like this, PLEASE let me know.
