As far as I understand it a Mac LC IS a Mac II. It's just been stripped down to make it cheaper and uses a 68020. As such it should be capable of running Multifinder or maybe even AU/X (Apple Unix). The Amiga (as far as I'm aware) still uses the creakey old 68000 (though there might be a version in the US using a 68020 or even 68030) Dave
