Presumably curses/termcap + associated libraries come as standard with later
versions of Minix (>1.2 at least). I would also be interested in picking up
libtermcap, so help would be appreciated. A number of header files aren't
present in the 1.2 dist (string.h stdlib.h etc). Are they also added in later
versions ?
