Hello,
  My brother is currently stationed in Brussels, and understands that there is
a local phone number for BIX.  Can any of the European readers help out? 
Actually, any local access to a BBS or similar service would be of benefit to
him.  He is a relatively (several months) new user of MSDOS, and I believe that
he still has his Atari STs (for which I understand that there is still support
in Europe).
