Actually, I think I got your mail, but I have been on the road for the last week. Only the latest version of SCSICNTL solves the timeout problem. I wasn't able to get it cured until I got my hands on a 486/33 system. It is now solved. Although I forgot about SETSCSI. Probably the same issues. I'll fix it and post it to the net.
