I've been trying to use PC-NFS with the Clarkson packet drivers,
with little success.  After loading pcnfs.sys, sockdrv.sys, 
pktd.sys, and the packet driver for my card (3c503), all I get
when I try to load pcnfs (net start, anything), is "PC-NFS Message #xxx".

I suspect it's because I'm using v2.0 of PC-NFS.  If that's the case,
is there a PKTD.SYS for version 2.0 of PC-NFS? (We won't be upgrading
to v3.5 for a while ($$), and I need NFS before then).
