Summary: Looking for a list of vendors for NFS for PC's & UNIX boxes Keywords: vendors nfs PC's to UNIX boxes Message-ID: Date: 11 Jun 91 20:04:45 GMT Sender: news@henson.cc.wwu.edu (USENET-WWU) Distribution: comp Organization: Western Washington University Lines: 24 Situation: DEC 5000/200's running Ultrix 4.1 and PC clones (386's & 486's) Ethernet backbone exists between machines. Currently, facutly uses kermit to connect to the servers (Ultrix). I'd like to expand their options and provide more services than just remote login while retaining their "DOS" environment. Can this be done? Anyone have names of vendors & products? Email addresses of those vendors would be helpful. I will post summaries if there is demand.
