Not "it's impossible" but "How can it be accomplished"... As to the various steps...you solve the one about "why do I want to do this?" and all the others will fall into place. (This is why I posted my personal experience and that of my SysOp friend....motivation was all it took!) I think in the third world education via netmail/email might be a viable motivation. Even though I'm not getting any credits for reading news, I've found it very educational, and I suspect a formal education scheme could be very successful where needed.
