Topic orientated FTP-Site-List

The list has been generated (half)automatically from the original
FTP-Site-List witch is distributed by odin@pilot.njin.net (with some
additional entries from myself). I think this form is more useful for
daily work, because normaly you look for a special software and not for
a special site. I update the list every few days and it will be always
available from fiasko.rz-berlin.mpg.de (141.14.140.32)
