Samuels) As a member of the TCOS/SS ballot group, I just received a ballot, "Approval of TCOS-SS Operating Procedures", dated May 6, 1991. It covers rules and regs for the TCOS-SS, as you may guess. I'm taking advantage of this ballot and its section 4.2, Distribution of Documents, to encourage making POSIX standards and drafts available by anonymous ftp. I recall some discussion in this group on suitable means of doing this. I don't want to start a discussion on the pros and cons of doing this - that's been covered before. My intent in making this posting is to remind people interested in seeing this done that now is a time to make an 'official' comment about it.
