I need some help.

I have this ethrnet card and the 3b1 it came in, well the hard
drive died and with it went the drivers :(
(of course thats why i got it so cheap)

But the chip is an am7990 which according to the ic masters
is an ethrnet chip.

The numbers on the device are as follows:

PCA-60-00243-00    REV.B

so now my question is where can I get the drivers!
does anyone recognise the numbers from the board?

any help would be appreciated...
