gods:  on world two, how do i get to the platform with the health and bag of
       gold?  also, world three level two - what is the most efficient way to
       visit the four rooms?  and finally, how about some dragon fighting tips?
       i made it only just last night and only had 1/2 a life left.  i would 
       assume i need to charge under his flame?  shield, i've noted, is 
       ineffective against the bouncy-fireball titan -- is this the case for
       all bosses?  how about starburst?
