I was wondering what the current 'best' gif to iff converter is.   I use
hamsharp and its OK.

I seem to remember that there was a program which would convert gif to some of
the dynamic type modes.

I am sure that this question is asked all the time, and that If I read this 
group more often then I would know, but I don't so I ask.
