I Too had this problem and in frustration tryed other areas. I must
have tryed about 10 different times till one time I typed inadverntly
dir and behold I found files. Weird I said to my self. there are 
strange things ( mget * doesnt work ) but I was able to use get
files. Help does not help at all.
